Facebook Group

I'd never look Facebook the same way again.

When I first joined Facebook in 2009 it's all about connecting with long lost friend, making fun of each other, poking each other, sharing photos, links.

But now ever since I have Amna, I joined several groups that I found very useful, very educational, very helpful. Aih, susah mahu explain. Tapi ia adalah sesuatu yang aku sangat-sangat appreciate.

Here's the list of the group that I have joined.
  1. Kumpulan Ibu Menyusukan -breastfeeding support group
  2. HSSFYB - Homemade Solid Food For Your Baby
  3. Solid Food For Your Baby
  4. Malaysian Babywearers - how to safely babywearing your baby
  5. Laman Kesihatan Ibu, Bayi dan Anak - natural remedies for fever, flu, cough
  6. Our Healthy Unvaccinated Babies - educating parents on vaccination; adverse effects and vaccination insert and many more
  7. ICAN Malaysia / VBAC Support - International Cesarean Awareness Network (ICAN) / Vaginal Birth After Caesarean (VBAS)
These are where I spent 90% of my time on Facebook. No more loitering around in News Feed reading people annoying status.

But honestly after I read and understand what have been discussed in group no. 5, 6, and 7 I feel very positive to practice natural remedies, informed choice not to vaccine Amna, and to have a vaginal birth for my next babies.

Sometimes I feel like a hippie as these 3 groups does not really recommend

Group 5: Giving medicine to your baby
Group 6: Vaccine your baby
Group 7: give birth at hospital. They promoted home birth. Or at least hospital birth with no intervention (poking your water bag, induction, strapping women in labor with CTG, vaginal examination)

Is like going backward in time, but for a better result.

It is actually not bad as it may sound. Now I understand why God never let me take Pharmacy course in university agagaga.

And they tell me I a have adhesion build up at my csection scar. -___-"

Now you know I have 'pregnancy plan' hewhewhew
