Hired

This morning I have a meeting with one of the Director at the Lembaga. Had a talk for almost 40 minutes together with the General Manager of Human Resource on what the Lembaga and the Board expect from me, in case if I were hired. Meeting ended at 9.40 am where I was then rushed to Banting to sign an agreement. Hehe. I am buying something new. Sniff sniff.

And at around 3pm the GM of HR called me saying that I have been offered a job at the Lembaga. Syukur alhamdulillah. Praises to God Almighty. They expected me to report duty on October 1st.

I hope I am making the right decision. Getting quite frustrated with the current situation at my office- too lazy and unimportant to elaborate, let us cherish this moment of joy and happiness by not focusing on the negative story at my current employment.

I see the opportunity to work with the Lembaga as a way to bring myself closer to Allah swt. Who knows I might change to a better person, both spiritually and career wise.

The increment is not so much, only a RM200 from my gross salary plus RM250 allowance. Still I think it's a good deal considering that I don't have to face the traffic jam, meaning lesser petrol allowance and no toll, and free parking. Parking and toll alone boleh sampai RM150.

But still I need to do the medical checkup and if I am healthy enough then only baru I boleh tender my resignation.
