When I first pregnant with Amna I am clueless about the whole vaccination thingy. Tu pasal main tadah je bila kena suntik dengan tetanus shot.
Now if you read my previous posts on vaccination you would know that I am pro-choice / informed choice parent. Not that I am anti vaccine, but I believe that we should prepare ourselves with lots and lotsa info prior to receiving any vaccination.
Since I will be delivering at the hospital where all the equipment has been steriled and I think risk of infection has reduced to almost zero, I have decided not to take the tetanus shot for this pregnancy. For pregnant mommy who is pregnant again less than 2 years from the previous pregnancy, a tetanus booster shot will be given.
