The quickening

I can feel her movement more frequent now. And stronger too. It just that i feel the kick down low near to my ginjal or pundi kencing or whatever you called it buat aku rasa senak. Now that I typed this I don't remember experiencing the same thing when I was pregnant with Amna. If I'm not mistaken I only rasa senak towards the end of my pregnancy.

My previous scar

With this pregnancy once in a while and in fact now I am feeling rather heavy down there. You know the feeling when  you have just given birth and you feel heavy. Rahim jatuhkah? Nyeri dan ngeri pulak sbb pikiorkan scar csect tu. Sekarang nak kalan pun dah rasa mcm heavy sgt.. sebab sakit aikit bawah tu. Nantilah esok I asked the doctor.

Pregnancy checkup.

I started my pregnancy check up at 4 months at UMRA. We don't have plan to deliver at UMRA but I thought I would be easy since my company cover check up at UMRA. I thought I could meet the gynae but after went for a check up I was disappointed with the doc. And I think she is not a specialist. So thinking to do my check up at klinik biasa je.

Work life

Last Monday a colleague told us that a friend of her asked her how did the staff of our lembaga can afford to buy foreign car?

And that makes me think of people's general perception towards staff of our company and the company itself.

Before I joined I was too a bit sceptical. But looking at the org chart this company is not a kampung company; the structure is rather comprehensive. Ada corporate communication, iT, Audit, Risk Management, Corporate Comm and you need experienced people for this dept. And the salary for experienced people from other company is not cheap. Hence they gotta pay what they gotta pay la kan.

Like for my case they din offer me increase banyak sgt.. but still within the threshold for risk management executive position salary la.

But for those staffs who joined the company from the start, the pay is rather low. They don't even have minimum salary for executive. Like for this colleague of mine, she started working as a clerk though she has a degree. And when she was promoted to executive, the salary they offer cuma increment biasa. So her salary is still less than 2k. 

Kalau I.. I dah lama cabuts. But the staff turnover here is so low. I don't know what bind them to the company. Probably the staff benefit is comparable to other company which in commercial line. Or the environment. Or the willingness to serve Allah, albeit the low pay.

Sometimes when there's an issue of some poor/mualaf people in Facebook who claimed that they don't get any fund from us, I laughed reading people's comments. Some of them are saying that the senior management in our organization is driving a Merc and such, and to be honest not a single manager here drives a Merc. Our CEO is using the company's car which is Perdana, and sometimes he uses his personal car which is Camry, and the rest are using Camry, ada sorang tu pakai Mini Cooper (she was from different org before joining), and ada yang pakai Preve! People can easily talk, and talk is shit. Haha
