Meeting with dentist

I had an appointment with a dentist last Monday, after 19 years my last meeting with any dentist.

That was when I was in standard 5. Where the dentist pulled out quite a number of tunggul. No thanks to my habit of mengunyah gula-gula.

Itu pun buat kat sekolah.

So last Monday is my first visit to a dental clinic! I don't know why I never went to a dental clinic. I never had problem with my teeth since standard 5. I always wanted to do scaling but never really enjoyed the idea.

So after 19 years with no scaling, how do you think my teeth condition are? Oh, well, they are in superb condition syukurrrr, with less caries compared with my friend whom last scaling appointment was a year ago.

I never flossed. I don't have the habit of brushing my teeth every time after meal. But I think I brushed my teeth longer that I men sabun kan diri ekekeke..
